Ian Worley

I am Ian Worley and have been teaching maths for over 40 years. As a classromm teacher at a High School for children aged 9 to 13, at a Comprehensive school for children aged 11 to 18 and abroad at an Industrial Training Centre for ARAMCO.

Coaching children after school came as a natural consequence of classroom teaching. I have been coaching ever since I started teaching and have successfully taught children in some of the most deprived areas of Bristol together with those from private schools.

They all have one thing in common: a desire to do better at school.

After a year of teaching my daughter she had improved from an expected B to A*. For this reason, I asked him to teach her the whole of the A-level Maths as the school could not accommodate Maths and English at A-level. I was very happy with the result as she gained an A.
